Deposits & Transfers: Four New Activity Tab Features

In order to make managing and moving funds in your account hassle-free, we've made a few enhancements to tdameritrade.com. In addition to our new Deposits & Transfers Overview page, the tab formerly known as Scheduled Transfers has been transformed into the Activity tab. A change informed by client feedback, this new tab makes it easier to view and edit your transactions.

To explore these four features of the new tab, log in to your account at tdameritrade.com and go to My Account > Deposits & Transfers > Activity.

1. View completed transactions.

You told us that you'd like to see your completed deposits, transfers, and withdrawals right on the Scheduled Transfers page (without having to go to the History & Statements section). Request granted. We've added a "Completed Transactions" module to the Activity tab. Use the "View" menu to select a time period, or use the "From" and "To" fields to enter a custom date range. You can view transactions (up to 24 months at a time) dating back to July 1997 or your account opening—whichever is more recent.

2. Print and export transactions.

Want to export or print out your transaction history? Now you can with the "Export" and "Print All" links located at the top of each module. If you'd like to print a single transaction, click the "Print" link on the right side of that transaction's row.

3. See your cash available for withdrawal at a glance.

To make it easier for you to see the cash you have available when reviewing your transactions, we've placed this info at the top of the Activity tab. Use the green "+" to expand to see all cash and cash alternatives, and use the "-" to collapse and see just the total.

4. Delete pending check or wire withdrawals online.

Now you can delete a pending or recurring check or wire withdrawal right on the Activity tab without having to call us. Save time by using the "Delete" link next to the transaction you want to delete.

In addition to these four updates, we've changed the overall design of the tab to make it easier to navigate. And we added the ability to edit many pending and recurring transactions all in one place, so you no longer need to go to another tab. To see the changes in action, go to the Activity tab in your account.
