John joined TD Ameritrade Institutional in 2003 as a Director in its client division. He later became President of TD Ameritrade Investment Management, LLC in 2009. John was instrumental in the creation of TD Ameritrade Investment Management, LLC and tools used today by TD Ameritrade clients and investment consultants. John is also a member of and the head of the Portfolio Review Group and Operating Review Committee at TD Ameritrade Investment Management, LLC.
His team is responsible for daily operations of TD Ameritrade Investment Management. He holds industry designations of Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) and Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®). John is also FINRA Series 7, 24 and 65 licensed.
The Portfolio X-Ray tool by TD Ameritrade gives traders a picture of the overall health of their current allocations to help them see where they are exposed.
